Pumpkin Mantou 美味金瓜馒头 (video)

Ingredients A: Pumpkin-100 gm, Full Cream Milk-120 ml

Ingredients B: Yeast-2 gm, Flour-250 gm

Ingredients C: Raisin-100 gm

Methods:

1. Steam the pumpkin until cook through, then put the steamed pumpkin and milk into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend until fine. Pour into the measurement cup and set aside.

2. Put the ingredient B into the e-Maker, press the “knead” button and pour in slowly the mixture A.

3. After 4 minutes, take out the dough and cover for 3 hours fermentation.

4. After 3 hours, knead and flatten the dough, sprinkle the raisin on the dough, roll it up into long shape then cut into mantou shape.

5. Preheat the steamer, use medium heat to steam for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

美味金瓜馒头

材料A:金瓜-100 gm、牛奶-120 ml

材料B:酵母-2 gm、面粉-250 gm

材料C:葡萄干-100 gm

做法:

1. 将金瓜蒸熟后,把蒸熟的金瓜和牛奶倒入养生调理机,设定1号搅至细滑。搅拌好后,倒入量水杯备用。

2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机,按“Knead”键,然后将之前备用的材料A慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。

3. 4分钟后,取出面团放在碗中盖好,等待3小时的发酵。

4. 3小时发酵后,将面团搓平,把材料C均匀撒在面皮上,然后卷成条形后切成馒头的形状。

5. 预热蒸炉,以中火蒸20分钟后即可享用。
