Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Butter(Melted)-40 gm
Ingredients B: Black Sesame(Roasted)-50 gm, High Protein Flour-120 gm, Icing Sugar-50 gm, Baking Powder-1 gm, Salt-1 gm
Utensils: Mould-1 pc, Baking Sheet-1 pc
Methods:
1. Put all the ingredients A into the measurement cup and mix it well.
2. Pour the ingredient B into the e-maker, close the cover properly.
3. Connect the power supply, press“POWER”button and press“Knead” button, the e-maker will start operating.
4. During the kneading process, slowly pour in the mixture of ingredients A and mix till homogeneous.
5. After 4 minutes, take out the dough and flatten the dough, then cut the dough with the mould.
6. Remove excess dough and place the dough on tray with baking sheet
7. Preheat the oven for 5 min, bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
香脆黑芝麻饼
材料A:鸡蛋-1粒、牛油(融化)-40 gm
材料B:黑芝麻(炒香)-50 gm、高筋面粉-120 gm、糖粉-50 gm、发粉-1 gm、盐-1 gm
备用工具:模具-1 个、烘培纸-1 张
做法:
1. 首先将材料A倒入量水杯然后搅拌均匀。
2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机内,并将盖盖好。
3. 启动电源,按“POWER”,然后按“Knead”键,机器将开始操作。.
4. 当在搅拌时,把搅拌均匀的材料A慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。
5. 4分钟搅拌均匀后,取出将面团搓平然后用模具将面团切成小片。
6. 去掉多余的面团,然后将切好面团放在有烘焙纸的烤盘上。
7. 预热烘炉5分钟,放入烘炉内以180˚C 烘培15分钟即可享用。
