Sengkuang Filling
Ingredients:
Sengkuang 1/2 , Carrot 1/2, Dried shrimp 30gm , Minced garlic 2 cloves , Oyster sauce 1 tbsp , Pepper as needed, Sugar 1 tsp, Cooking oil as needed, Water from soaked dried shrimp as needed
Method:
*You can also refer to the “Bang Kuang Char” (Stir-fried Sengkuang recipe.)
1. Peel and shred the Sengkuang and Carrot.
2. Rinse and soak the dried shrimp until soft. Save the soaking water for later.
3. Add the dried shrimp and garlic to the i-Processor dry grinder jug . Press PULSE a few times until finely blend.Tip: The same method can be used for making fried minced garlic.
4. On medium heat, add the garlic and dried shrimp to the e-Touch stove and sauté until fragrant. Then add the shredded sengkuang and carrot along with the seasoning and some of the water from soaked dried shrimp. Stir-fry until softened. Set aside.
5. Fry the other portion of minced garlic until golden, then set aside.

Crystal Skin
Ingredients:
Wheat starch (tang flour) 120gm, Tapioca flour 80gm , Salt 1/2 tsp, Vegetable oil 30gm , Boiling water 250gm
Method:
1. Combine the wheat starch, tapioca flour, and salt.
2. Gradually pour in the boiling water while stirring until well combined.
3. Add the vegetable oil and knead into a smooth dough.
4. Divide the dough into small balls (about 20g each) and roll them out into thin circles. Place the prepared filling in the center and wrap it.
5. Brush a plate and the dumplings with oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the Sengkuang Crystal Dumpling on the plate.
6. Using the e-Touch, bring water to a boil in a steamer. Steam Sengkuang Crystal Dumplingon the for 8 minutes on high heat.
7. Garnish with fried garlic before serving. Enjoy!

*The video shows a double portion of the filling. Any extra can be used as a side dish.
沙葛馅料
材料:
沙葛 1/2粒、红萝卜 1/2条、虾米 20gm、蒜末 约2瓣蒜米、蚝油 1汤匙、胡椒粉 适量、白糖 1茶匙、食用油 适量、浸泡虾米的水 适量
做法:
1.沙葛和红萝卜削皮后切丝或刨丝。
2.将虾米洗净泡软后剁碎,虾米水放置一旁待用。
3.虾米和蒜末倒入i-Processor智能养生机钢杯,按pulse数次打碎即可。*炸蒜蓉的做法也是一样。
4.e-Touch智能电炉中小火先加入蒜末虾米炒香,然后加入沙葛和红萝卜丝和调味料,还有适量虾米水,翻炒至软熟即可。倒入盘中待用。
5.另外一部分蒜末炸至金黄后取出待用。

水晶皮:
材料:
澄粉(小麦淀粉) 120gm、木薯粉 80gm、盐 1/2茶匙、植物油 30gm、滚水 250gm
做法:
1.将澄粉,木薯粉和盐巴倒入碗中均匀混合。
2.将刚煮滚的水缓缓倒入,然后趁热拌匀。
3.倒入植物油,可戴上手套搓揉至均匀混合成团。
4.分成约20克的小团,用擀面杖擀成圆片,包入炒好的沙葛馅料。
5.盘子和菜粿都刷上一层油防粘,放上包好的水晶沙葛菜粿。
5.e-Touch智能电炉大火将蒸锅中的水烧开后,大火蒸8分钟即可。
6.在水晶沙葛菜粿上放上炸好的蒜蓉点缀即可。
点缀:
炸蒜蓉和蒜蓉油- 适量
