Seaweed Chicken Roll 海苔鸡肉卷

Ingredients:
Chicken breast approx. 600gm, Egg 1, Shiitake mushrooms 2 (soaked in advance), Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Soy sauce 2 tbsp
, Ground pepper to taste, Cornstarch 1 tbsp, Sesame oil 1 tbsp, Seaweed sheets some (to wrap the chicken paste)

Optional:
Garlic 3 cloves, Shallot 1

Tip:
You can substitute the mushrooms with carrots, cauliflower, or corn kernels—feel free to mix and match!

Methods:
1. Add all the ingredients to the iTAZZO i-Processor.
2. Press the PULSE button a few times until the mixture is evenly blended into a chicken paste.
3. Transfer the paste into a piping bag (or any suitable bag), and cut a small opening at the tip.
4. Pipe the chicken paste onto the seaweed sheets and roll them up.
5. You can put some water on one side of the seaweed to help it stick together.
6. Set the e-Touch Smart Stove to medium-low heat and pan-fry the seaweed chicken rolls until both sides are lightly golden.
7. Sprinkle a little sesame and drizzle some mayo for extra flavor and decoration.
8. Serve with ketchup or chili sauce—one bite after another, it’s irresistibly delicious!

材料:
鸡胸肉 约600gm、鸡蛋 1粒、香菇 2个(提前泡发)、蚝油 1汤匙、生抽 2汤匙、胡椒粉 适量、玉米淀粉 1汤匙、麻油 1汤匙、海苔 适量

可加可不加:
蒜米 -3瓣、小葱头 -1个

贴士:
*香菇部分,也可以用胡萝卜、椰菜花或玉米粒取代,随意搭配。

做法:
1.将所有材料加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
2.按PULSE键数次直到均匀混合并且打成肉泥。
3.将肉泥装入裱花袋(或任何适用的袋子),尖角处剪一个缺口。
4.将肉泥挤在海苔片上,然后卷起。
5.海苔一边可以沾点水协助黏紧。
6.e-Touch 智能电炉设中小火,将海苔鸡肉卷煎至两面微微焦黄。
7.然后可以撒上一点芝麻,并挤上一点美乃滋,装饰的同时也增添风味。
8.蘸上番茄酱或辣椒酱,一口接一口,十分美味!
