Seafood Curry Pot 咖喱海鲜煲

Ingredients:
Curry leaves-10pcs, Onion-1, Garlic-3cloves, Shrimp–7pcs, Potato–1 pc, Squid–1pc, Tomato–1pc, Seafood Curry Paste-1packet, Oil-1tbsp, Water-1bowl, Coconut milk-100ml, Yardlong Beans–1 pc

Methods:
1. Cut the yardlong beans into segments.
2. Dice the onion, garlic, potato, squid, and tomato.
3. Remove the heads from 4 shrimps.
4. Heat the oil in a pot, set the heat level of the Induction stove at 3, sauté the shrimp heads, curry leaves, onion, and garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the potato and seafood curry paste, continue to sauté until fragrant, then add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add the squid, shrimp, tomato, and yardlong beans, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
7. Finally, add the coconut milk and simmer for 3 minutes. Ready to serve.

材料:
咖喱叶–10片、洋葱—1粒、蒜—3瓣,虾—7只、马铃薯—1粒、鱿鱼—1条、番茄—1粒、海鲜咖喱粒—1包、油—1勺、水—1碗、椰浆—100ml、蛇豆— 1条

做法:
1. 把蛇豆切段。
2. 把洋葱、蒜、马铃薯、鱿鱼和番茄切丁。
3. 4只虾去头。
4. 煲内倒入油,使用Induction,设定3号火,把虾头、咖喱叶、洋葱和蒜爆香。
5. 放入马铃薯和海鲜咖喱粒继续炒香,并加入水焖煮5分钟。
6. 再放入鱿鱼、虾、番茄和蛇豆继续焖煮10分钟。
6. 最后放入椰浆焖煮3分钟即可。
