Salted Egg & Shrimp Congee 鲜香绵滑咸蛋虾仁粥

Ingredients:
White rice 1/2 cup, Peeled shrimp appropriate amount (8 medium shrimp in the video), Salted egg 1 piece, Shredded lettuce to taste, Water 5 cups, Ginger slices 2-3 slices

Methods:
1. Cook the salted egg on low heat for 10 minutes using the iTAZZO e-Touch Electric Smart Stove.
2. Peel and devein the shrimp, keeping the tails intact if desired. Reserve the shrimp heads for later.
3. Rinse the white rice and set it aside.
4. Using the iTAZZO e-Touch Electric Smart Stove, heat the ginger slices and shrimp heads on medium-low heat to release the shrimp oil.
5. Add water and bring it to a boil on high heat, then remove the shrimp heads.
6. Lower the heat and add the white rice. Cover with a lid and set the timer for 30 minutes to cook the congee.
7. Cut the cooked salted egg into small pieces and stir it into the congee.
8. Add the shrimp and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
9. Season with pepper and salt to taste, mixing well.
10. Add shredded lettuce before serving.

材料:
白米 1/2杯、去壳虾仁 适量 (视频用了8只中型虾仁)、咸蛋 1颗、生菜丝 适量、清水 5杯、姜片 适量

做法:
1.咸蛋提前使用iTazzo e-Touch智能电炉,小火定时10分钟煮熟。
2.虾去壳去虾线,可以留住虾尾,虾头留起待用。
3.白米洗净待用。
4.锅里倒些油,iTazzo e-Touch智能电炉设中小火,将姜片和虾头爆出虾油。
5.加入清水转大火煮沸后,取出虾头。
6.转小火倒入白米,盖上锅盖定时30分钟熬煮。
7.然后将咸蛋剪成小块进粥里,稍微拌匀。
8.加入虾仁,继续小火定时5分钟再煮一会至虾仁熟透。
9.最后加入胡椒粉、盐巴调味,拌匀。
10.起锅前加入生菜丝即可。
