Roasted Soy Milk 焦香豆奶 (Video)

Ingredients:
Roasted Soybeans 40gm, Filtered Water 450ml, Rock Sugar or Brown Sugar 10-20gm (to taste)

Methods:
1. Rinse the soybeans(no need to soak the soybeans). Dry roast (no oil needed in the pan)them over low heat until the skins crack and turn golden brown, about 15 minutes.
*Alternatively, you can roast them in an oven or air fryer at 150°C for 20-30 minutes.
2. Add the roasted soybeans, water, and sugar to the i-Processor.
3. Blend on speed 8 for 10 minutes.

材料:
黄豆(已炒/烤熟) 40gm、过滤水 450ml 、冰糖/红糖 10克-20gm(个人喜好)

做法:
1.黄豆洗净(不用泡发),锅中不用放油,小火慢炒至外皮裂开,豆子呈焦黄色即可。过程约15分钟。
*也可以用烤箱,空气炸锅烘焙黄豆,150度烤20-30分钟左右。
2.将炒好的黄豆、水和冰糖倒入i-Processor智能养生机。
3.档速8搅打10分钟即可。
