Ingredients: Roasted Soybeans 40gm, Filtered Water 450ml, Rock Sugar or Brown Sugar 10-20gm (to taste)
Methods: 1. Rinse the soybeans(no need to soak the soybeans). Dry roast (no oil needed in the pan)them over low heat until the skins crack and turn golden brown, about 15 minutes. *Alternatively, you can roast them in an oven or air fryer at 150°C for 20-30 minutes. 2. Add the roasted soybeans, water, and sugar to the i-Processor. 3. Blend on speed 8 for 10 minutes.
