Ingredients:
Tender ginger-120g, Filtered water-100ml (170ml ginger juice), Glutinous rice flour-170g, Brown sugar-170g, Filtered water-30ml, Koh Flour (Cooked Glutinous rice flour)
Method:
1. Wash and peel the tender ginger
2. Add water and ginger, blend to make ginger juice
3. Blend at Speed 3 for 2 minute
4. Gradually add in the glutinous rice flour, mix well and form a dough (set a side)
5. Add brown sugar and water into the processor, blend at speed 2 for 1 minute until dissolve
6. Pour dissolved brown sugar in to the dough and mix well
7.Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the container
8. Pour batter into a steamable square container, medium heat steam for 30 minutes
9. After cooling, store in ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
10. Take out and cut into pieces, coated in Koh Flour and enjoy
* can be stored up a week in refrigerator

1. 嫩姜洗净去皮
2. 加入水搅拌成姜汁
3. 档速3搅拌2分钟
4. 逐渐式加入糯米粉,搅拌均匀成团待用
5. 红糖加水倒入养生机,档速2搅拌1分钟至融化
6. 然后倒入姜汁糯米团拌匀
7. 容器上刷一层植物油
8. 倒入可蒸四方容器中火蒸30分钟
9. 冷却后盖上保鲜膜冷藏至少3小时
10. 取出切块,沾上熟糯米粉即可享用
