Methods:
1.Steam the whole pumpkin until the shell is tender, then remove the pumpkin meat and set it aside.
2.Place all the ingredients in the i-Processor cooking cup.
3.Set the speed to 2 and blend for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
4.Pour the mixture into the pumpkin shell.
5.Place it in the preheated oven on the middle rack, bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
6.Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Tip:When scooping out the pumpkin flesh, handle it gently to avoid cracking the pumpkin shell. Additionally, when steaming the pumpkin, be mindful of the time to prevent overcooking, which can result in overly soft pumpkin skin.
