Portuguese Grilled Fish 葡萄牙烧鱼

Ingredients:
Indian Mackerel–2, Grilled Fish Sauce-1packet, Tomato–1pc, Okra–2pcs, Onion–1pc, Aluminum foil-as needed, Banana leaf-1pc, Grill Basket Net–1

Methods:
1. Dice the tomato and onion. Cut the okra into segments.
2. Place the banana leaf on a piece of aluminum foil.
3. Arrange the Indian Mackerel, tomato, onion, okra, and grilled fish sauce in sequence on the banana leaf, then wrap it up.
4. Set the heat level of the Hi-light stove at 6, put the wrapped fish into the grill basket net, and grill for 45 minutes before serving.

材料:
甘榜鱼–2条、烧鱼酱料—1包、番茄—1颗、羊角豆—2条、洋葱—1颗、铝箔纸—适量、香蕉叶—1片、烧烤网夹—1个

做法:
1. 将番茄和洋葱切丁,羊角豆切段。
2. 使用适量的铝箔纸,铺上香蕉叶。
3. 在香蕉叶上依序放入甘榜鱼、番茄、洋葱、羊角豆和烧鱼酱料,并包裹起来。
4. 使用Hi-light,设定6号火,把包裹好的鱼放进烧烤网夹,烤45分钟即可享用。
