Plum, Mint & Lemon Smoothies李子薄荷柠檬冰沙 (video)

Ingredients: Plum (Remove seed)-180gm, Mint Leaf-10 pcs, Lemon-30 gm, Rock Sugar-60 gm, Life Water-200 ml, Ice Cube-Some

Methods:

1. Put plum, mint leaves, lemon, rock sugar and Life Water into the e-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend till smooth.

2. Add ice cube (ice cubes must overshadow the water), set at speed 2 and blend till smooth. Use stirring rod to help blending when needed. Ready to serve.

李子薄荷柠檬冰沙

材料:李子(去核)-180 gm、薄荷叶-10 片、柠檬-30 gm、冰糖-60 gm、生命水-200 ml、冰块-适量

做法:

1. 将李子, 薄荷, 柠檬,冰糖及生命水放入养生调理机, 设定2号打至细滑。

2. 加入 冰块(冰块需盖过水量),设定2号搅拌至细滑, 可用搅拌棒协助搅拌。完成后可享用。
