Ingredients:
Snow Pear 1/2piece, Lotus root about 4 slices, Tremella (snow fungus) 1 small piece, Rock sugar optional, Water 600 ml

Methods:
1. Rinse and soak the tremella until softened (or use ready-to-cook dried tremella).
2. Lightly scrape the lotus root skin, rinse well, and slice.
3. Peel and core the pear, then cut into pieces.
4. Place all ingredients into the i-Processor blending jug.
5. Blend on speed 8 for 10 minutes — and it’s ready to serve!

材料:
雪梨 1/2颗、莲藕 4片左右、雪耳 1小朵、冰糖 可放可不放、净水 600毫ml

做法:
1.雪耳提前洗净泡软,也可以用免洗免泡的雪耳干。
2. 莲藕外皮稍微刮净,洗净切片。
3.雪梨去皮去核切块。
4.所有食材倒入i-Processor 智能养生机搅拌杯。
5.档速8搅拌10分钟即可。
