Ingredients:
Oats 40gm, Ice-cold filtered water 400ml
Methods:
1. Add oats and water to i-Processor, set to speed 6, and blend for 3 minutes.
2. Oat milk is now ready.

2. Green Tea Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Jasmine green tea bag 1, Hot water 150ml, Agar powder 10gm, Filtered water 100ml
Methods:
1. Steep the tea bag in hot water until it infuses.
2. Mix the water and jelly powder thoroughly.
3. Add the jasmine green tea and the mixture of agar and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
4. Let it cool a bit and pour it into a mold. Allow it to set and then cut it into cubes.

3. Peach Gum and Snow Fungus Recipe
Ingredients:
Peach gum, snow ear, goji berries, red dates, rock sugar – amount according to personal preference, filtered water
Methods:
1. Soak the peach gum overnight and snow fungus for half an hour.
2. Put the peach gum, snow fungus, and red dates into a pot and add enough water to submerge the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Before turning off the heat, add rock sugar and stir until melted. Finally, add goji berries.
Finally, add the ingredients to a bottle or bowl in order, and then pour in the oat milk. It can be served hot or cold and tastes delicious either way!

材料:
燕麦-40gm、冰过滤水-400ml
做法:
燕麦和水加入养生机,设置档速6搅拌3分钟即可。
2. 绿茶果冻食谱
材料:
茉莉绿茶袋 1个、热开水 150ml 、白凉粉 10gm、过滤水 100ml
做法:
1. 提前用热开水浸泡茶袋至出味
2. 过滤水加白凉粉混合均匀
3. 将茉莉绿茶和混合后的白凉粉加入锅内煮沸。
4. 稍微放凉后倒入模具,待凝固后切块备用。

3. 桃胶雪耳食谱
材料:
桃胶、雪耳、枸杞、红枣、冰糖 – 依个人口味适量、过滤水
做法:
1. 桃胶提前一夜,雪耳提前半小时泡发。
2. 将桃胶、雪耳和红枣放入锅内,水量淹没过材料,大火煮滚后转小火熬煮1小时。
3. 熄火前加入冰糖搅拌至融化,最后加入枸杞即可。
将材料依序加入瓶子或碗内,最后倒入燕麦奶即可。热饮或冷饮都很美味!
