Peach Gum Snow Fungus Soy Milk 桃胶雪耳莲子豆奶 (Video)

Ingredients:
Peach gum (20gm), Snow fungus (1 small piece), Lotus seeds (20gm), Ginkgo nuts (20gm), Lily bulbs (10gm), Dried longan (to taste), Rock sugar (to taste), Water (500ml), Soy milk (500ml, refer to i-Processor fresh soy milk recipe), Pandan leaves (2 pieces)

Methods:
1. Soak peach gum overnight and remove impurities.
2. Soak snow fungus until soft, then clean and tear into small pieces.
3. Remove lotus seed cores and place all ingredients (except peach gum, rock sugar, and pandan leaves) into the pot.
4. Set the e-Touch Smart Electric Stove to high heat until it boils, then switch to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add peach gum, rock sugar, and pandan leaves, then simmer for another 20 minutes.
6. Adjust cooking time according to your preference for a softer texture.
7. Enjoy warm or chill for a refreshing treat!

材料:
桃胶 20gm、雪耳 1小朵、莲子 20gm、白果 20gm、百合 10gm、桂圆 适量、冰糖 适量、清水 500ml、豆奶 500ml(做法参考i-Processor现磨豆奶食谱)、斑斓叶 2片

做法:
1.桃胶提前浸泡一晚,挑出杂质。
2.雪耳泡软洗净,撕成小块。
3.莲子去芯然后将所有材料(除了桃胶,冰糖和斑斓叶)倒入锅中。
4.e-Touch智能电炉设设大火煮沸后,设定约30分钟小火慢煮。
5.计时结束后,继续小火煮,放入桃胶、冰糖和斑斓叶定时煮20分钟。
6.看个人口味,想要软烂一点可以煮久一些。
7.可以趁热享用,或冷却后冷藏饮用。
