Pandan Kaya Spread 斑斓咖椰酱 (Video)

Ingredients:
Egg 4, Pandan leaves 4, Coconut milk 200ml, Rock sugar 65-80gm (adjust sweetness to taste), Water 50ml

Methods:
1. Add all ingredients into the iTAZZO i-Processor.
2. Set to speed 8 and blend for 20 minutes.
3. If the texture isn’t smooth enough, let it cool completely, then blend again at speed 1-2 until smooth.

Tips: Pour into sterilized jars and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks

材料:
鸡蛋 4颗、斑斓叶 4片、椰奶 200ml、冰糖 65-80gm (甜度依据个人口味)、水 50ml

做法:
1.将所有材料加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯。
2.8号档速 打20分钟就做好了。
3.打好后若质感不够顺滑,可以彻底放凉后,再用档速1-2搅拌至顺滑状即可。

贴士:置入杀菌消毒后的干净罐子,放至冰箱冷藏可存2-3周。
