Ingredients: Egg 4, Pandan leaves 4, Coconut milk 200ml, Rock sugar 65-80gm (adjust sweetness to taste), Water 50ml
Methods: 1. Add all ingredients into the iTAZZO i-Processor. 2. Set to speed 8 and blend for 20 minutes. 3. If the texture isn’t smooth enough, let it cool completely, then blend again at speed 1-2 until smooth.
Tips: Pour into sterilized jars and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks
