Pandan Glutinous Rice Cake 糯米班兰糕 (video)

Ingredients A: Glutinous Rice-300 gm, Pandan Leav-5 pcs, Rock Sugar-200 gm, Life Water-250 ml

Ingredients B: Peanut Crumbs-200 gm, Sugar-50 gm

Methods:

1. Soak the glutinous rice in Life Water for 30 minutes.

2. Put the glutinous rice, pandan leave, rock sugar and life water into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 3 minutes. 

3. Use a metal plate and apply a layer of oil on the plate, pour the mixture onto the plate.

4. Steam for 25 minutes.

5. Pour the ingredients B into a bowl and mix the ingredients together. Coat the rice cake with the mixture.

糯米班兰糕

材料A:甜糯米-300 gm,班兰叶-5 条,冰糖-200 gm,生命水-250 ml

材料B:花生碎-200 gm,白糖-50 gm

做法:

1. 首先糯米洗干净,用生命水浸泡30分钟。

2. 将糯米,班兰叶,冰糖及生命水放入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌3分钟直到变成米浆。

3. 铁盘预先搽食油以方便蒸熟后取出,把米浆倒入铁盘。

4. 热锅后,把铁盘放入蒸炉,蒸25分钟。

5. 把花生碎及白糖倒入碗中,搅拌均匀。蒸熟的糯米糕可沾搅拌均匀的花生碎及白糖。完成后即可享用。
