Pancake 松饼

Ingredients A:
Egg Yolks-3 pcs, Milk-40 ml, Low-gluten Flour (sifted)-60 gm

Ingredients B:
Egg Whites-3 pcs, Lemon Juice-1 tablespoon, Sugar-60 gm

Spare Utensil:
Piping Bag

Methods:
1. Put all the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 1 minute. Then pour into a bowl and set aside.
2. Put all the ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 3 minutes. Add the sugar slowly into the i-Processor at 3 intervals during the whipping process.
3. After whipping, pour the whipped egg white into the bowl of step 1. Mix evenly with the egg yolk mixture.
4. Put the mixture into a piping bag.
5. Heat up a pan, squeeze some mixture onto the pan, pan fry over low heat until golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side till golden brown too. Serve well with fruits.

材料A:
蛋黄-3 颗,牛奶-40 ml, 低筋面粉(过筛)-60 gm

材料B:
蛋清-3 颗,柠檬汁-1 汤匙,糖-60 gm

备用工具:
挤花袋

做法:
1. 将所有材料A放入智能养生机,设定速度1号搅拌1分钟,倒入碗中备用。
2. 将所有材料B放入智能养生机,设定速度1号搅拌3分钟。搅拌时,分3次加入糖。
3. 完成后,取出倒入步骤1的备用碗中和蛋黄液翻拌均匀。
4. 翻拌均匀后,将面糊放入挤花袋。
5. 热锅后,挤出面糊,用小火煎至金黄色,翻面再煎至金黄色即可起锅。配搭水果味道会更美味。
