Ingredients A: Oreo Crumbs-150 gm, Melted Butter-50 gm
Ingredients B: Whipping Cream-250 ml, Cream Cheese (Soften)-250 gm, Caster Sugar-30 gm, Gelatin Powder-5 gm
Methods:
1. Put ingredients A into the i-processor, use “Pulse” to blend for 3-5 seconds. After blending, pour Oreo crumb mixture into cake pan.
2. Add ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 5 minutes.
3. Pour cheese mixture into the cake pan. Refrigerate 4-5 hours. Ready to serve.

奥利奥芝士蛋糕
材料A:奥利奥饼干碎-150gm、融化黄油-50gm
材料B:奶油-250ml、奶油乳酪 (软化) -250gm、细糖-30gm、明胶粉-5gm
做法:
1. 将材料A放入智能养生机内 ,用“Pulse”搅拌3-5秒。搅拌均匀后,拿出来放进模型压均匀。
2. 将材料B放入智能养生机内,设定4号搅拌5分钟。
3. 把搅拌好的奶油乳酪倒进已铺好奥利奥饼碎的模型内。放入冰箱冷藏4-5小时即可食用。
