Nutritious Brown Rice Porridge 糙米营养粥

Ingredients: Brown Rice-50 gm, Yam (Peel off skin)-50 gm, Carrot (Peel off skin)-30 gm, Hot Water-250 ml

Methods:

1. Rinse the brown rice. 

2. Put all the ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
