Ingredients A: Coconut Milk-100 ml, Life Water-400 ml, Curry leaf-4 gm, White Sesame Seed-10 gm, Cumin Seed-5 gm, Planta Margarine-30 gm
Ingredients B: Murukku Flour-400 gm
Ingredients C: Cooking Oil-Some
Tools: Murukku Mould-1 pc
Methods:
1. Put the ingredient A into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 2 minutes.
2. Add in the ingredient B, set at speed 3 and blend till homogenous.
3. Heat up the ingredient C in a wok, put the mixture into the Murukku mould, and then squeeze it into the wok, fry till golden brown. Ready to serve.

材料A:椰浆-100 ml、生命水-400 ml、咖喱叶-4 gm、白芝麻-10 gm、小茴香-5 gm、白兰她奶油-30 gm
材料B:印度姆鲁古粉-400 gm
材料C:食油-适量
备用工具:Murukku 模具-1个
做法:
1. 将材料A放入养生调理机内,设定4号搅拌2分钟。
2. 加入材料B,设定3号搅拌至均匀。
3. 将材料C倒入锅中预热,将搅拌好的材料放入Murukku模具,然后挤压入热锅中,炸至金黄色即可取出,待冷后即可享用。
