Clear Soup Hot Pot
Ingredients: Red Dates (Remove Seed)-20 gm, Wolfberries-2 gm, Garlic-5 gm, Old Ginger-10 gm, Green Onion-8 gm, Tomato-70 gm, Salt-To Taste, Life Water-500 ml
Methods:
1. Put all ingredient into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 10 minutes. Ready to pour in Shabu-shabu pot.
Spicy Hot Pot
Ingredients A: Peppercorn-2 gm, Star Anise-1 pc, Dried Chilies-10 gm
Ingredients B: Green Onion-10 gm, Garlic-10 gm, Old Ginger-15 gm, Chili Bean Sauce-20 gm, Life Water-500 ml
Methods:
1. Stir in ingredients A.
2. Put all ingredient A & B into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 10 minutes. Ready to pour into Shabu-shabu pot.
迷你鸳鸯火锅
材料:红枣 (去籽)-20 gm、枸子-2 gm、蒜米-5 gm、老姜-10 gm、青葱-8 gm、番茄-70 gm、盐-少许、生命水-500 ml
做法:
1. 将所有材料放入养生调理机,设定6号搅拌至10分钟即可倒入锅中。
材料A:花椒粒-2 gm、八角-1 颗、辣椒干-10 gm
材料B:青葱-10 gm、蒜米-10 gm、老姜-15 gm、辣豆瓣酱-20 gm、生命水-500 ml
做法:
1. 将材料A倒入锅内炒香.
2. 将炒香的材料A和材料B放入养生调理机, 设定6号搅拌至10分钟即可倒入锅中。
