Chocolate Burnt Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese-150gm, Whipping Cream-70gm, Dark Chocolate-20gm, Caster Sugar-35gm, Whole Egg-1, Cocoa Powder-5gm, Cornstarch-5gm

Methods:
1.Heat whipping cream over a double boiler and melt the dark chocolate.
2.Prepare all the ingredients, then add them to the i-Processor Jug. Add in cornstarch after thoroughly mixing the cake ingredients.
3.Set the speed to 2 and blend for 1-2 minutes.
4.After adding cornstarch, gently mix until smooth and free of lumps.
5.Pour into cupcake molds.
6.Before placing it in the oven, tap the mixture on the counter to eliminate surface bubbles.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
8.Allow it to cool to room temperature before use.

 

Oreo Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
Whipping Cream-200gm, Caster Sugar-18gm, Gelatin Sheets-5gm, Sea Salt-a pinch , Crushed Oreo-20gm

Methods:
1.Soften gelatin sheets in cold water and heat 50g of whipping cream. Add the softened gelatine sheets and stir until completely melted.
2.Whip the remaining whipping cream with sugar and sea salt until thick.
3.Then slowly add the cooled gelatin cream mixture, slightly mix until thickened.
4. Add the crushed Oreo and mix well.
5.Transfer to a piping bag and pipe onto the chocolate cheesecake.
6.After refrigerating, it’s ready to be enjoyed!

巧克力焦香芝士蛋糕

材料:
奶油奶酪-150克、鲜奶油-70克、黑巧克力-20克、细砂糖-35克、全蛋-1颗、可可粉-5克、玉米淀粉-5克

做法:
1.淡奶油隔水加热,融化黑巧克力。
2.准备好所有材料后,然后加入i-Processor 智能养生机。玉米淀粉待蛋糕材料搅拌匀后才加入。
3.设定档速2,搅拌1-2分钟。
4加入玉米淀粉后稍微搅拌至均匀无颗粒即可。
5.倒入杯子蛋糕模中。
6.进入烤箱前在桌面敲几下以消除表层大泡沫。
7.置入已预热的烤箱中层,180°C烤25至30分钟。
8.室温冷却待用。


奥利奥鲜奶油

材料:
鲜奶油 -200克、细砂糖-18克、海盐-1小撮、吉利丁片-5克、奥利奥碎-20克

做法:
1.吉利丁片凉水泡软,煮热50克鲜奶油加入吉利丁片搅拌至融化均匀。
2.剩余的鲜奶油加入糖和海盐打发至浓稠。
3.再加入放凉后的吉利丁奶油,稍微搅拌至均匀浓稠即可。
4.然后,加入奥利奥碎拌匀。
5.装入裱花袋后挤在巧克力芝士蛋糕上即可。
6.置入冰箱冷藏后再享用。
