Matcha Snowflake Crisp 抹茶雪花酥 (Video)

Ingredients:
Marshmallow 150gm(prefer small size), Unsalted butter 40gm, Milk powder 40gm, Matcha powder 5gm, Almond nuts 60gDried Cranberries – 60gm, Milk powder + Matcha powder for coating (20gm + 2gm)

Methods:
1. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat
2. Pour in the marshmallow and simmer until it melts
3. Add the mixed milk powder and matcha powder, mix well
4. Turn off the heat and pour in the biscuits, mix well
5. Then add nuts and dried cranberries
6. Pull evenly while hot, so that the biscuits, nuts and dried cranberries are evenly coated with marshmallows
7. Place on the baking tray and press to shape
8. Sprinkle milk powder to prevent sticking
9. Cut after cooling, and seal with an individual candy bag! Is a good idea to serve or as a gift o relatives and friends during Chinese New Year!

材料:
棉花糖 150gm(建议选小颗粒的)、奶油 40gm、奶粉 40、克抹茶粉 5gm、杏仁坚果 60gm(烤香)、蔓越莓干 60gm、奶粉+抹茶粉沾裹奶枣外表用(20gm+2gm)

做法:
1. 奶油加入不粘锅小火融化
2. 倒入棉花糖小火煮至融化
3. 加入混合好的奶粉和抹茶粉,翻拌均匀
4. 熄火倒入饼干,稍微拌匀
5. 然后加入坚果和蔓越莓干
6. 趁热拉扯均匀,让饼干、坚果和蔓越莓干都均匀裹上棉花糖
7. 置放在烤盘按压塑形
8. 撒上奶粉防粘
9. 冷却后切开,饼用独立糖果包装袋密封即可!
