Matcha Oat Milk Pudding 抹茶燕麦奶冻 (Video)

Ingredients:
Oats-30gm, Milk-250ml, Matcha powder-5gm, Sweetener/Sugar-15gm, Gelatin sheet-10gm (or 5g gelatin powder)*You can also use jelly powder; follow the package instructions for the amount.

*Note: You can substitute milk with homemade oat milk or soy milk using the i-Processor.


Methods:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.
2. Add the oats, milk, sweetener, matcha powder, and softened gelatin sheets into the i-Processor blending jug.
3. Set the speed to 8 and blend for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into a container and skim off any foam.
5. Once cooled, refrigerate until set (3 hours or overnight).

材料:
燕麦-30克、牛奶-250毫升、抹茶粉-5克、代糖/糖-15克、吉利丁片-10克 (如果吉利丁粉5克)*也可以使用果冻粉,份量请依据包装

备注:除了牛奶,也可以用i-Processor 自制燕麦奶、豆奶替代

做法:
1.吉利丁片冷水泡软。
2.然后将燕麦、牛奶、糖、抹茶粉和吉利丁片倒入i-Processor智能养生机搅拌杯。
3.设置档速8,搅拌5分钟。
4.将布丁液倒入容器,撇去泡沫。
5.待凉却后放入冰箱冷藏凝固(3小时或隔夜)即可。
