Ingredients:
Mandarin Orange-4 pieces, Mandarin Orange skin-2 pieces, Lemon juice-1/2 piece, Sugar-80g
Methods:
1. Wash the fruits properly to remove chemical residue and dirt.
2. Peeled, remove the Mandarin Orange pith and seeds.
3. Removed excessive Mandarin Orange pith from skin and slice in thin strips.
4. Add Mandarin Orange pulp into i-Processor with speed 4 until smooth.
5. Add the Mandarin Orange’s thin strip and sugar into nonstick wok, cook until sugar melted.
6. Pour in the Mandarin Orange puree and cool with low heat.
7. Add in lemon juice and simmer until thick.
8. Pour the Marmalade into a sterilised jars while hot.
9. Can be spread as jam and made fruit tea.
10. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 7 days.

6. 倒入柑橘泥,小火熬煮。
7. 加入柠檬汁煮至浓稠。
8. 趁热将果酱倒入已消毒的容器中。
9.可以作为果酱涂抹,或制成水果茶。
10.冰箱冷藏可储存7天。
