Mango Mousse Cake 芒果慕斯蛋糕 (Video)

Ingredient A:
Oreo Cake-100 gm

Ingredient B:
Mango Flesh-300 gm

Ingredients C:
Whipping Cream-200 ml, Sugar-45 gm, Gelatin Powder-12 gm

Ingredients D:
Mango Puree-80 gm, Sugar-10 gm, Gelatin Powder-2 gm, Life Wate-80 ml

Spare Ingredient:
Diced Mango-60 gm

Spare Tool:
Cake Mold-6″

Methods:
1. Put ingredient A into the i-Processor, use the “Pulse” button to stir for 3-5 seconds. After mixing well, take it out and put it into the cake mold and press evenly.
2. Put ingredient B into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute, then take out 80gm of mango puree for later use.
3. Add ingredient C into the remaining mango puree from step 2, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute, then take it out and pour it into the cake mold, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Put ingredient D into the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 4 minutes, then pour in the cake that has been refrigerated for 2 hours, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and add diced mango for decoration, ready to serve.

材料A:奥利奥饼-100 gm

材料B:芒果肉-300 gm

材料C:淡奶油-200 ml、糖-45 gm、明胶粉-12 gm

材料D: 芒果泥-80 gm、糖-10 gm、明胶粉-2 gm、生命水-80 ml

备用材料:芒果丁-60 gm

备用工具:蛋糕模具-6寸

做法:
1. 将材料A放入智能养生机内 ,用“Pulse”键搅拌3-5秒。搅拌均匀后,拿出来放进蛋糕模具压均匀。
2. 将材料B放入智能养生机内,设定速度3号搅拌1分钟后取出80gm的芒果泥备用。
3. 将材料C加入步骤2的剩余的芒果泥内,设定速度3号搅拌1分钟后拿出来倒入蛋糕模具,放入冰箱冷藏2小时。
4. 将材料D放入智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌4分钟, 然后倒入已冷藏2小时的蛋糕,再放入冰箱冷藏1小时和放上芒果丁做装饰,即可享用。
