Methods:
1. Crack three eggs into a bowl, add water equivalent to four and a half eggshells (the golden ratio for silky smooth steamed eggs is 1:1.5 for eggs and water), and mix until well combined.
2. If you want the steamed eggs to taste more delicious, add a bit of concentrated chicken essence, then mix well.
3. Strain the egg mixture at least once (this is one of the important steps to ensure the silkiness of the steamed eggs).
4. At this point, place the steamer on the Induction stove, and set the heat level to 7 to bring the water to a boil.
5. Pour the egg mixture into a suitable plate, place it in the pot with the boiling water, and cover the egg mixture with a plate (to prevent water vapor from dripping in and affecting the appearance of the steamed eggs).
6. Adjust the heat level to 3 and set the timer to 8 minutes.
7. Turn off the heat, and let it continue to simmer without opening the lid for 1-2 minutes.
8. Finally, drizzle with minced garlic oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with some chopped green onions, and it’s ready to serve.

做法:

6. 后将火力调至3号,按下定时键,设置8分钟。
7. 关火后不开锅盖继续焖2分钟即可。
8. 最后,淋上蒜米油和生抽,撒上一些葱花即可享用。
