Ingredients:
Luffa-1-2 pcs (depending on size), Egg–4 pcs, Egg Tofu-1 pc, Chopped Spring Onions-as needed, Shredded Ginger-a little, Goji Berries-a little, Anchovy Powder-1 tbsp, Salt-1 tsp, Cooking Oil-appropriate amount, Hot Water–400 ml
Methods:
1. Peel the luffa and cut it into rolling pieces, then soak it in salt water to maintain its green colour.
2. Cut the egg tofu into thick slices and chop the spring onions.
3. Set the Induction stove to medium heat at level 4. Once the oil is hot, add the eggs and fry until cooked, then set aside.
4. Rinse the luffa that was soaked in salt water. Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry the ginger, spring onions, and luffa over medium heat.
5. After stir-frying, add water and cover the pot, then boil on high heat at level 7.
6. Once the water boils, add the egg tofu, fried eggs, and anchovy powder. Simmer on low heat at level 2 for 10 minutes.
7. Finally, add the salt, goji berries, and chopped spring onions.
材料:
丝瓜-1-2条(看大小)、鸡蛋-4粒、玉子豆腐- 1条、葱花- 适量、姜丝-些许、枸杞-些许、江鱼仔粉-1汤匙、盐-1茶匙、食用油-适量、热水-400ml
做法:
1. 丝瓜去皮后切滚刀块,浸泡盐水待用,可以保持丝瓜颜色翠绿。
2. 玉子豆腐切厚片,切葱花。
3. 使用Induction设定中火4号,油热后倒入鸡蛋,把鸡蛋煎熟待用。
4. 将浸泡盐水的丝瓜过一遍清水,锅内倒入些许油,中火爆香姜丝,葱花和丝瓜。
5. 爆香后加入水,然后加盖,以大火7号煮沸。
6. 煮沸后加入玉子豆腐、煎鸡蛋、江鱼仔粉,小火2号煮10分钟。
7. 最后加入盐、枸杞和葱花即可。
