Ingredients:
Box of soft tofu (150g)-1, 75% Dark Chocolate-150g, Pure cocoa powder-about 20g
Methods:
1. Pour the tofu into the i-Processor, blend at speed 2 until silky smooth (about 20 seconds). *A small amount can use a Dry Grinder Jug
2. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler water until silky smooth.
3. Add the melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder to the tofu in the grinder jug, blend at speed 1 until evenly mixed.
4. Pour it out of the container and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
5.Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder and it’s ready to serve.

4.倒出容器中,置入冰箱冷藏2-3个小时即可。
5.享用前撒上些许可可粉即可。
