Lemon Yogurt Burnt Cheesecake 柠檬优格焦香芝士蛋糕 (Video)

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese-360gm, Plain Yogurt-1 small can (approximately 135gm), Caster Sugar-80gm, Whole Eggs-2 | Egg Yolk-1, Cornstarch-8gm, Lemon Juice-15gm, Lemon Zest-to taste

Methods:
1.Prepare all the ingredients and add them to the i-Processor.
2.Set the speed to 2 and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
3.Add lemon zest and mix slightly to incorporate.
4.Pour the mixture into the cake mold.
5.Before placing it in the oven, tap the mixture on the counter to eliminate surface bubbles.
6.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
7.Allow it to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.

材料:
奶油奶酪-360克、原味优格-1小罐 (约135克)、细砂糖-80克、全蛋-2颗|蛋黄 1颗、玉米淀粉-8克、柠檬汁-15克、柠檬皮屑-适量

做法:
1.准备好所有材料,然后加入i-Processor 智能养生机。
2.设定档速2,搅拌1-2分钟至均匀无颗粒即可。
3.加入柠檬皮屑,稍微拌匀即可。
4.倒入蛋糕模中。
5.进入烤箱前在桌面敲几下以消除表层大泡沫。
6.置入已预热的烤箱中层,220°C烤25至30分钟。
7.室温冷却后放进冰箱冷藏(至少2-3小时)即可享用啦!
