Ingredients:
Old Ginger 300gm, Filter Water 500gm, Brown Sugar 700gm, Red date 150gm
Methods:
1. Wash and peel the ginger, add in the ginger and filtered water to i Processor
2. Blend at speed 3 for 2 minutes until turn into ginger paste (set a side)
3. Wash the red dates, remove the seed and dice it (set a side)
4. Pour ginger juice into the pot and boiled, add in jujube and brown sugar
5. Turn to medium-low heat, stirring constantly during the process
6. Simmer until thicken (about 40 minutes)
7. Put it in a glass jar after cooling down
8. Get 2-3 teaspoon of ginger paste in a cup with hot water
9. Stir until brown sugar dissolve, enjoy while warm!
* This recipe can make about 500g of Ginger Paste
* Store in the refrigerator can keep for 3-6 months
材料:

做法:
1. 老姜洗净去皮后,和过滤水加入养生机
2. 档速3搅拌2分钟变成姜汁备用
3. 红枣洗净去核切成小颗粒备用
4. 将姜汁倒入锅中煮开后,加入红枣和红糖
5. 转中小火熬煮,过程不断搅拌
6. 煮至浓稠(约40分钟)
7. 冷却后装入玻璃罐中即可
8. 每次取2-3茶匙姜膏用热水/温水泡开饮用
9. 搅拌至姜膏融化,趁温热享用!
*此食谱可以做大约500g的姜膏
*放冰箱保存得好可收3-6个月
