Indian Rice Pudding 印度米布丁 (video)

Ingredients A: Indian Rice-50 gm

Ingredients B: Milk-500 ml, Rock Sugar-15 gm

Ingredients C: Almond (Roasted)-30 pcs, Rose Water-Some

Methods:

1. Rinse the Indian rice.

2. Put the ingredients A and B into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 20 minutes.

3. Pour into small bowls and site aside.

4. Put almond into e-Processor, press “Pulse” 2 times then pour into a bowl.

5. Add in rose water & almond crumbs. Refrigerate for 30min. Ready to serve.

* Step 4: Please use Dry Grinder Jug

印度米布丁

材料A:印度米-50 g

材料B:牛奶-500 ml、冰糖-15 gm

材料C:杏仁 (烤香)-30 颗、玫瑰水-适量

做法:

1. 将印度米洗干净。

2. 将材料A和B放入养生调理机,设定6号打至20分钟。

3. 完成后倒入小碗内置旁。

4. 将杏仁倒入养生调理机,按”Pulse” 2次取出放在碗里

5. 加入玫瑰水及杏仁碎。放入冰箱冷冻30分钟即可享用。
