Put milk and rock sugar into e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 1 minute. 2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add in egg white, then filter the mixture. 3. Pour the filtered mixture into a glass, then cover with aluminium foil. Steam for 15 minutes. 4.
