Ingredients: Chicken Breast-300 gm, Caster Sugar-30 gm, Rice Wine-1 tablespoon, Fish Sauce-2 tablespoons, Thick Soy Sauce-2 tablespoons, Black Pepper Powder-Some, Corn Flour-1 tablespoon
Alternate Ingredients: Honey-1 some, Peanut Oil-some
Methods:
1. Put chicken breast and all seasonings into the e-processor. Set at speed 1 and blend into minced meat.
2. After that pour into a bowl, seal with food wrapper then keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Spread a layer of peanut oil on a baking sheet, place a layer of minced meat, then cover it with a food wrapper, press it into dried meat shape.
4. Spread a layer of honey, thick soy sauce and peanut oil on the minced meat. Reheat 10 mins at 200°C, bake for 10 mins. Then flip over the minced meat and spread again a layer of thick soy sauce, honey and peanut oil on minced meat. Bake another 10 mins.
5. Keep the dried meat in a dry cool place, ready to serve.

蜜汁鸡肉干
材料:鸡胸肉-300 gm、砂糖-30 gm、米酒-1 汤匙、鱼露-2 汤匙、米油-1 汤匙、黑酱油-2 汤匙、黑胡椒-少许、粟粉-1 汤匙
备用材料:蜜糖-1 小碗、花生油-少许
做法:
1. 把鸡胸肉和全部调味料放进养生机里,用1号搅拌成绞肉。
2. 然后倒进碗里,用保鲜膜包起来,放进冰箱腌最少2两小时。
3. 准备烘培纸,先把烘培纸搽上一层花生油,再把一些绞肉放在纸上,在肉上盖上一层保鲜膜,压成肉干形。
4. 把已压好的肉干塗上一层蜜糖,黑酱油和花生油,放进烤炉,设定200度烤10分钟,再把肉干翻面重覆动作。
5. 烤好了再把肉干放在一处封干,便可享用。
