Homemade Sambal 家乡参巴酱

Ingredients: Onions-3 pcs, Garlic-3 pcs, Shrimp Sauce-30 gm, Dried Shrimps-80 gm, Dried Chillies-6 pcs, Lemongrass-3 pcs, Rock sugar-1 tablespoon, Cooking oil-100 ml

Methods:

1. Put the onions, garlic, shrimp sauce, dried shrimps, dried chillies, lemon grass, rock sugar and cooking oil into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 3 minutes.

2. Cook the mixture well before serving.

家乡参巴酱

 马来同胞在进餐时所不能或缺的参巴酱在马来西亚是数一数二的热门酱料。它不只是马来同胞的至爱,甚至于爱吃辣的一族,都会为了参巴酱而疯狂。家乡味的参巴酱简单又方便调理, 只需短短的15分钟, 就可调理出一道让家人吃得开心,安心及欢心的酱料。
 

材料:洋葱-3 粒、蒜米-3 粒、虾酱-30 gm、虾米-80 gm、辣椒干-6 条、香茅-3 条、冰糖-1 汤匙、油-100 ml

做法:

1. 把大葱,蒜米,虾酱,虾米,辣椒干,香茅,冰糖及油放入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌3分钟。

2. 搅拌后,酱料需要煮炒过才可食用。
