Homemade Black Sesame and Mulberry Soy Milk 自制黑芝麻桑椹豆奶 (Video)

Ingredients:
Black Soybeans-30gm, Dried Mulberries-15gm, Black Sesame-15gm, Rock sugar-to taste (optional), Filtered water-500ml

Methods:
1.Soak the soybeans for at least 3-4 hours, then steam them for 30 minutes.
2. Toast black sesame seeds in advance.
3.Pour all the ingredients into a i-Processor, set it to speed 8, and blend for 10 minutes. Enjoy it either cold or hot!

*You can also soak the soybeans overnight in fridge, and it will be ready to use the next day!
