Healthy Sushi 养生寿司

Ingredients: Cucumber-1/3 pc, Carrot-1/2 pc, Guava-1/2 pc, Bean Curd-4 pcs

Methods:

1. Remove the seed of cucumber and guava. Put the cucumber, carrot and guava into the e-Processor, use the “Pulse” button and blend for few times into broken pieces.

2. Then, take out the ingredients and put into the halved bean curd. Ready to serve.

Tips: Using Thousand Island sauce will yield tastier flavour.

材料:黄瓜-1/3 条、萝卜-1/2 条、番石榴-1/2 粒、豆腐皮-4 片

做法:

1. 将黄瓜和番石榴去种子,再将黄瓜,萝卜及番石榴倒入搅拌机内,使用 “Pulse” 搅拌数次至粒状即可。 

2. 搅拌好后,将所有材料吸干水份 ,放入切半的豆腐皮内即可。

温馨提点:如配搭腰果千岛酱,味道会更佳。
