Ingredients: Lotus-65 gm, Red Dates(Seedless)-10 gm, Dried Shiitake Mushroom(Soak in water)-15 gm, Carrot-10 gm, Raw Peanut-20gm, Ginger-5 gm, Salt-To taste, Hot Water-500 ml

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
