Healthful Oatmeal Apple Date Cake 燕麦苹果红枣核桃蛋糕 (Video)

Ingredients:
Oats-80gm, Banana-1, Apple-half, Walnuts/ Seeds/Black Sesame-50gm, Eggs-2, Milk-60ml, Baking Powder-5gm

Methods:
1.Pour banana, eggs, and milk into the i-Processor, and blend on low speed (1) until smooth.
2.Then add oats, baking powder and blend on low speed until evenly mixed.3.Last, pour in walnuts/seeds/black sesame, and diced apples, mix well.
4.Pour into a mold lined with baking paper, smooth the surface, then decorate with red dates and walnuts.
5.Place in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes on the middle rack.

Tips:
* If you prefer a smoother texture, you can grind the oats into fine powder first.* The above measurements are small, so a dry grinding jug is used, but you can also use a large jug ya!* You can also steam it if you prefer! Steam over medium heat for about 40 minutes.

燕麦-80克、香蕉-1根、苹果-半颗、核桃/瓜子仁/黑芝麻-50克、鸡蛋-2颗、牛奶-60毫升、泡打粉-5克

1.香蕉、鸡蛋、牛奶倒入养生机低速(1号)打至细滑。

4.倒入放上烘焙纸的模具,抹平表明再用红枣核桃装饰。
5.送进已经提前预热的烤箱,中层180度上下火烤40分钟。
