Hakka Lei Cha 客家擂茶 (video)

Ingredients: Basil – 150 gm, Peppermint leaves – 20 gm, Peanut (Roasted and remove skin) – 50 gm, White sesame (Roasted) – 50 gm, Life water – 250 ml

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

材料:九层塔 – 150 gm, 薄荷叶 – 20 gm, 花生 (炒香去皮) – 50 gm, 白芝麻 (炒香) – 50 gm, 生命水 – 250 ml

做法:

1. 将所有的材料放入养生调理机,设定4号打至10分钟即可。
