Green Bean Soup 绿悠悠

Ingredients: Green Bean-5 tablespoons, Mint Leaves-5 pcs, Rock Sugar-1 tablespoon, Hot Water-350 ml

Methods:

1. Soak the green bean to germinate and steam for 30 minutes.

2. Put the green bean, mint leaves, rock sugar and hot water in the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
