Greek Yogurt Basque Burnt Cheesecake 希腊优格巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕 (Video)

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese-500G, Greek Yogurt Original-214g, Castor Sugar-80g, Corn Starch-18g, Eg-4, Egg Yolk-1

Optional:
Lemon Juice OR Vanilla Essence 1 tsp (to taste)

*6 inch round cake pan

Method:
1. Pre heated Oven at 220°C
2. Make sure all the ingredients to be at room temperature before using it
3. Add all ingredients in to i-Processor
4. Blend 1 to 2 minutes at speed 2(make sure all ingredients evenly blend until smooth)
5. Sieve the batter to get smoother texture
6. Pour into 6 inch mould with baking sheet
7. Tap a few times on the table to knock out larger air bubbles
8. Place in the middle of the oven,bake 25-30 minutes at 220°C
9. Cool completely at room temperature
10. Chill in the fridge(at least 2-3 hours)
11. May prepare some fresh fruit to decorate the cake
12. Ready to serve, enjoy!

做法:
1. 预热烤箱220°C
2. 确保制作前所有材料处于室温状态
3. 将所有材料加入养生机
4. 设定档速2搅拌1至2分钟(确保所有材料均匀搅拌至顺滑)
5. 过筛蛋糕糊以确保更顺滑口感
6. 倒入以置好烘焙纸的模具中
7. 进入烤箱前在桌面敲几下以消除表层大泡沫
8. 置烤箱中层,220°C烤25至30分钟
9. 室温放至冷却
10. 放进冰箱冷藏(至少2-3小时)
11. 可准备一些新鲜水果装饰
