Ingredients:
Pumpkin flesh – 450gm, Rock sugar – 20-50gm depending on the sweetness of the pumpkin and personal taste, Coconut milk – 200ml, Pandan leaf – 1 small piece

Methods:
1. Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then wash and cut it into small pieces.
2. Add all ingredients into the i-Processor Jug, blend at speed 6 for 20 minutes.
3. Around the 10-minute mark, the mixture will start to heat up and steam. You can remove the small lid to help evaporate excess water.
4. Once done, pour the mixture into a container, let it cool, and refrigerate. It can be stored in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

材料:
南瓜肉-450gm、冰糖-20~50gm (依南瓜甜度与个人口味)、椰奶-200ml、斑斓叶-1小片

做法:
1.南瓜去皮去囊后洗净切成小块。
2.全部材料加入i-Processor智能养生机杯,档速6搅拌20分钟。
3.到10分钟左右时就已经煮热冒烟,可以将小盖取走,有助蒸发掉多余多水分。
4.煮好后倒入容器,放凉后冰箱冷藏可以收2星期左右。
