Ingredients: Barley-100 gm (1 small package), Rock Sugar-as needed, Lemongrass-3 stalks, Lemon-1 pc, Filtered Water-2000 ml
Methods: 1. Rinse the barley and drain, wash the lemongrass and cut into sections, and wash the lemon and slice thinly. 2. Add the water to a pot and put onto the Hi-Light stove, add the barley, lemongrass, and rock sugar, and set the heat level to 7 to bring to a boil. 3. After boiling, reduce the heat to level 2 and set the timer for 1 hour to simmer. 4. Once done, pour the barley water into a glass, add the lemon slices, and it’s ready to serve!
