Ingredients:
Golden threadfin bream 1 (about 160gm), Tofu 1 block (soft or firm), Fresh ginger small piece (about 12gm), Green onions a few stalks, Salt, white pepper, rock sugar to taste, Filtered water 400ml, Chopped green onion, celery, or cilantro for garnish
Methods:
1. Clean the fish, removing scales and innards. Pan-fry on medium-low heat using the e-Touch Electric stove until golden on both sides.
2. Add the fish, tofu, ginger, green onions, seasonings, and water to the i-Processor’s blending jug.
3. Blend on Setting 8 for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve hot and enjoy, or add noodles for a hearty meal.

2.将鱼、豆腐、姜、葱段、调味料和水,倒入智能养生机料理杯。
3.8号档速打5分钟即可。
