Emerald Dumplings 翡翠汤圆(video)

Ingredients A: Pandan Leave-2 pcs, Life Water-200 ml

Ingredients B: Glutinous Rice Flour-250 gm

Ingredients C: Ginger-60 gm, Cane Sugar-100 gm, Pandan Leave-2 pcs, Life Water-1000 ml

Methods:

1. Put ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend till smooth. Set aside for use.

2. Put ingredients B into the e-Maker, press“Knead” button and then slowly pour in the ingredients A into the e-Maker.

3. After 4 minutes, press again“Knead”button to mix it homogeneously.

4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and make it into dumplings.

5. Heat up the pot and cook the dumplings, set aside for use.(Tips: After cooking, put the dumplings into cold water for better texture)

6. Put ingredients C into a pot and cook for 30 minutes.

7. Add the dumplings into the sugar syrup. Ready to serve.

翡翠汤圆

材料A:班兰叶-2 片、生命水-200 ml

材料B:糯米粉-250 gm

材料C:姜-60 gm、甘蔗糖-100 gm、班兰叶-2 片、生命水-1000 ml

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生调理机内,设定3号搅拌至细滑,倒出备用。

2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键,然后将备用的材料A慢慢地倒入养生制造机。

3. 4分钟后, 再按多一次“Knead”键让其搅拌均匀。

4. 完成后,取出放在碗中,然后将面团搓成汤圆。

5. 热锅后,将汤圆放入锅中煮熟,取出备用(温馨提示:煮熟的汤圆过冷水会更有弹性)

6. 将材料C放入锅中煮30分钟。

7. 完成后,将汤圆加入煮好的糖水里,即可享用。
