Easy Puff Pastry Portuguese Egg Tarts 简易酥皮葡式蛋挞 (Video)

Ingredients:
-Egg yolks-4 (80gm), Egg whites-1/2 *optional, Milk-150gm, Fresh cream-200gm, Granulated sugar-70gm, Vanilla extrac-optional, Ready-made puff pastry-3 large sheets / Ready-made tart shells (17g each), Raisins-some

Methods:
1. After thawing the puff pastry, use a round cup or bowl to cut out circles and place them into suitable molds. For convenience, you can use ready-made puff tart shells.
2. Add milk and granulated sugar into the iTAZZO i-Processor smoothie jug and blend at speed 1 until well mixed and dissolved. Then add whipping cream, egg yolks, egg whites, and vanilla extract, and blend at speed 1 until evenly mixed. Be careful not to overmix.
3. After mixing, there will be a lot of bubbles, but that’s okay. Filter the egg mixture at least twice. Then, let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour or even overnight.
4. Once the bubbles have disappeared, pour the mixture into the puff pastry shells until they are 80-90% full.
5. Add raisins, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) on the middle rack with both top and bottom heat for 20-25 minutes.

材料:
蛋黄-4个(80克)、蛋白-1/2 个 *可加可不加、牛奶-150gm、鲜奶油-200gm、细砂糖-70gm、香草精-可加可不加、现成酥皮-3大片/ 现成蛋挞酥皮(17g/个)、葡萄干-适量

做法:
1酥皮解冻后,可以用圆形杯子或碗压出圆片,置入合适模具。更方便的话,可以使用现成蛋挞酥皮。
2.将牛奶和细砂糖先加入iTAZZO i-Processor养生机料理杯,1号档速搅拌均匀融化即可。然后再加入鲜奶油、蛋黄、蛋白和香草精,1号档速混合均匀即可。记得不要过度搅拌。
3.搅拌后会有很多泡泡,没关系,先将蛋液过滤至少2次。然后,静置在冰箱1小时甚至隔夜都可以,这是蛋挞做出来内陷鲜嫩的小撇步。
4.待泡沫都消了,倒进酥皮8至9分满。
5.加入葡萄干,送入已经提前预热的烤箱,中层,上下火烤180°,20-25分钟即可。
6.烘烤时间和温度因烤箱而异,所以以上温度和时间仅供参考。
