Easy Green Pea Cookies 青豆酥 (Video)

Ingredients:
Green Peas-100gm, All purpose flour-70gm, Icing sugar-45gm, Peanut oil-55gm, Salt-pinch

Egg yolk brush
1 egg yolk + 1 tsp water

Methods:
1. Put the green beans into the i-Processor, set the speed to No. 4 and beat for 1 minute to make green beans powder (use Dry Grinder Jug)
2. Add icing sugar, set speed 1 and mix well
3. After pouring out, add flour and salt, mix well
4. Finally, add peanut oil and mix well to form a dough
5. Use any milk powder spoon at home to scoop out a ball of dough and knead it into a round shape
6. Styling with green beans or straws
7. Finally, brush with egg yolk and bake.
8. Preheat the oven, bake at 160C for 20 minutes (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)

青豆-100gm、普通面粉-70gm、糖粉-45gm、花生油-55gm、盐-1小撮

蛋液刷面
蛋黄1颗+1茶匙水

做法:
1. 青豆放入智能养生机,设置档速4号打1分钟成粉即可(使用干磨杯)
2. 加入糖粉,设置档速1号搅拌均匀即可
3. 倒出后加入面粉和盐,混合均匀
4. 最后加入花生油,拌匀成团
5. 可用家中任何奶粉勺子挖一球面团搓成圆形
6. 用青豆或吸管做造型
7. 最后刷上蛋黄液送入烤箱烘焙即可
8. 预热烤箱,160C烤20分钟 (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
