Durian Burnt Cheesecake 榴莲焦香芝士蛋糕 (Video)

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese-300gm, Whipping cream-180gm, Fresh durian flesh-200gm, Caster Sugar-50gm, Whole Eggs-2 | Egg Yolk-1, Cornstarch-10gm

Methods:
1.Prepare all the ingredients and add them to the i-Processor.
2.Set the speed to 1- 2 and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
3.Pour the mixture into a 6-inch mold lined with parchment paper.
4.Before placing it in the oven, tap the mixture on the counter to eliminate surface bubbles.
5.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
6.Allow it to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

材料:
奶油奶酪-300gm、淡奶油-180gm、新鮮榴莲肉-200gm、细砂糖-50gm、全蛋-2颗|蛋黄 1pc、玉米淀粉-10gm

做法:
1.准备好所有材料,然后加入i-Processor智能养生机。
2.设定档速1-2,搅拌1-2分钟至均匀无颗粒即可。
3.倒入6寸圆形蛋糕模中。
4.进入烤箱前在桌面敲几下以消除表层大泡沫。
5.置入已预热的烤箱中层,220°C烤25至30分钟。
7.室温冷却后放进冰箱冷藏(至少3小时)
