Deep Fried Toufu Meat Pie 油炸豆腐饼

Ingredients: Toufu-300 gm, Ham-3 pcs, Crab Meat-5 pcs, Egg-1 pc, Shallot-Some, Flour-2 tablespoons, Salt-Some, Pepper Powder-Some

Methods:

1. Put the toufu, ham, crab meat, egg, shallot, flour, salt and pepperpowder into the e-Processor, use“Pulse”to blend for 3 times.

2. Fry the meat pie till fragrance. Ready to serve.

油炸豆腐饼

材料:豆腐-300 gm、火腿-3 片、蟹肉-5 条、鸡蛋-1 粒、葱-适量、面粉-2 汤匙、盐-适量、胡椒粉-适量

做法:

1. 将豆腐、火腿、蟹肉、鸡蛋、葱、面粉、盐和胡椒粉放入养生调理机内,用 “Pulse”按3次。

2. 热锅后,放入豆腐饼油炸至金黄色。即可取出食用。油炸豆腐饼
